With rapidly development of flexo products using in the field of medical device packaging applications, the market for flexo interlocking production line the is more urgent ly demanded. The current version of medical gloves flexible packaging printing production line can only achieve printing, cutting (slitting / cutting), such as folding and forming follow-up work have to be done manually.This cause labor-intensive and low productivity, which can't meet the market demand.The topic of the paper through the movement and dynamic analysis of the molding process , developed a automatic folding and forming device for medical glove flexo printing production line. The device consists of steering parts, transmission parts, folding parts and molding parts.1, By the movision and kinetic analysis of the process of turning the paper, and collision, figure out the relationship between the height difference and the steering deflection angle , which provides a theoretical basis for error control when tansferring paper.2,Adopt overlappde belt to achieve paper's fold.The dynamic analysis was done on 180°overlapped belt drive,and find our the root cause of its deviation,on the base of which a solution was proposed. The method of dynamics analysis with anti-deviation is also the case with the other situation.3, Study on the stability of the switching process of folding paper , an optimal acceleration curve obtained to ensure the stability of high-speed folding case;4, Finite element analysis wan done on the structure of the transmission parts ,find out the first 10 natural frequencies of the system,whilch is helpful for the system's stability design.5, Test analysis on the automatic folding and forming device shows that product's quality can meet the folding process requirements, and can be realized with docking flexo production line, the speed reach to 200 ~ 300 / min, improve the productivity significantly.Innovation points: 1 put forward a novel way of overlapped blet fold ,shapings; 2, propose a flexible dynamicis theory of the the process of turning the paper.
