This paper firstly sketch out the trend, the necessity of dynamic analysis, and the technology situation about domestic and overseas of the conveyor, then introduces the actual state and existing problems of east mine of Baiyunebo which is truck-belt semi-continuous haulage system. The paper expounds the main research contents are as follows:according to the key technical problems of the east mine transport system, on the basis of dynamic and static analysis, for different conditions of the site, deduce the equation of the dynamic, tension of the belt conveyor, the relationship of tension and start-up time, the relationship between tension and acceleration, tension and speed relationship; apply the AMEsim software in the conveyor which is starting processing of simulation analysis under different conditions, which provides effective theory reference for the practical of the conveyor; finally we get the reasonable control optimization measures, through field trials and post-application, the effect is significant. It researches the car, crushing plant, belt conveyor semi-continuous long-distance transport system technology with the stability, reliability and intelligent control monitoring theory of strip mine.Through the belt conveyor dynamic analysis and dynamic simulation, the adjustment of the actual working conditions and the drive, tensioning unit, the rational allocation of the braking system, analyze and predict the link of the transport system which is tend to failure, which provide strong technical basis and security for the reliable transportation and continuous exploitation of the deep mine.During the actual use of the belt conveyor, the tension on the conveyor belt during starting are mostly in accordance with the traditional static design method to calculate, which ignoring the tape deformation under the load, and tape material evenly distributed, these actual problems have never been a reasonable solution, this paper apply the dynamic principle and categorical variables, the method is closer to the actual algorithm. The main results and conclusions are as follows:1. Based on the tap of viscoelastic properties and analysis of recurring problems of the machine in actual use, finally established the Kelvin-Vogit model as the tape viscoelastic model.2. Through the analysis of the physical and mathematical models of belt conveyor systems, deduced belt conveyor system of viscoelastic Vibration differential equation, find the plastic driven by the tension of mathematical expressions in different starting curves and tensioning device, which provides the reference to the belt conveyor design and machine Selection, simulation analysis and optimal control. 3. For example, with regard to the east mine of Baiyunebo2#conveyor, apply AMEsim software, under the control of the sinusoidal acceleration and combined cycloid acceleration model, and analysis the dynamic tension of the different conditions tape simulation, finally the conclusions as follows:the greater the starting speed, the greater the dynamic tension the tape are in the process of starting; the maximum acceleration of the curve, the greater the vibration,and it is more obvious; cargo in the starting process, the greater and the distribution more uneven, the greater tension and more intense vibration Would act on the moving conveyor belt.4. Finally, according to the analysis of the paper, and the combination of the actual working conditions, indicate a reasonable control strategy program which is about the system technology with security, stability, high yield and efficiency on the conveyor semi-continuous transportation of the East mine, the main content include the crushing plant, conveyor feeding tape and belt conveyor transport systems, intelligent monitoring and management system transformation.
