The bamboo plant resource in our country is rich, no matter the kind or the area or the harvest quantity of bamboo is the number 1 in the world. But in the process of bamboo, there are a lot of process surplus things. Basis on the analysis, count and real measure, in the production of bamboo industrialized process in our country, the bamboo utilization ratio is lower than 40%. There are more than 60% bamboo become process surplus things. So, using the process surplus things, studying a kind of compound bamboo artificial board——bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle board, is a kind of practical feasible method to solving the problem of short-supplied timber resources and low bamboo utilization ratio.This article is studying on producing technology of bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle composite board and the relevance mechanics functions of the composite board. Before the designing of orthogonal test, study the mechanics intensity of the pre-press mat, design a 2 factors 3 levels experiment and analyze the MOR and the MOE. Test result is indicated that the pre-pressed mat is durable able to be carried out.To study the producing technology of bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle composite board, design 2 groups of orthogonal experiments. The first group is studying on the prepare process, and the second group is studying on the hot-press. According to the detecting and analysis the MOR,MOE,IB and 2h TS of the composite board, optimize the best producing technology. We realize that when the sieving is 1.0~3.0mm,resin amount is 10%,bamboo mat is I style,pre-press mat is 5 tiers,the temperature of hot-press is 130~140℃, the time of hot-press is 70s/mm,the temperature of pre-press is 60℃,the time of pre-press is 6min,the density of composite board is 0.75g/cm3, the physical and mechanics functions of bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle composite board is the best. The MOR is 38.6MPa, the MOE is 2908MPa, the IB is 1.25MPa, and the 2h TS is 1.04%. The bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle composite board is high performance.Studying the relevance mechanics characteristic property of the bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle composite board, using the electric resistance strain instrument, detects and analyze the relation of stress and strain. We realize that in the range of minor deformation, as the increase of loading force, the increase of stress,deflection and strain is linearity, the linear relation is very notable. Complying with the macroscopic angle, the bamboo mat reinforcing bamboo particle composite board is a kind of isotropy material.
