| At present years, along with economic and social development, and fast step of small town construction, the production and discharge of industry waste water and domestic sewage increased quickly. It made river pollution more and more seriously, and led to enormous ecological destruction and economic loss. Accordingly, it is significant that study of black and odorous river pollution treatment.Basis on collecting abundant literature data and multiple site investigation, it has been put forward that aeration+microorganism+constructed wetland combined biological technology in which microbial remediation is key, many studies has been developed around this technology, based on aboundant laboratory experiment, the research group has been developed pilot-scale study about treatment of Jiahe black and odorous pollution in Changli Hebei province between Jul 102008 and Oct 82008, The results of study as follow:1) On the basis of water quality model calculation, it is given that the maximum allow water environment capacity of CODcr, NH3-N, TP of different river section.the maximum allow water environment capacity of CODcr is 10.57 t/d,18.75 t/d,13.39 t/d, NH3-N is 0.80 t/d,0.32 t/d,0.74t/d, TP is 0.16 t/d,0.06 t/d,0.08t/d. Base on analysis of total amount control, the reduce amount of CODcr, NH3-N, TP in different river section can be given, the reduce amount of CODcr is 17.82t/d,10.48t/d,9.40t/d, NH3-N is 0.65 t/d,0.77 t/d,0.11 t/d, TP is 0.01t/d,0.05t/d, 0.01t/d.2) Under different DO levels, the release rates of CODcr, TN, TP increased as DO increasing. Under different temperatures, as increase of temperature, TN, TP release rates was more and more high. However, CODcr relrase rate was highest at 20℃,and was smallest at 5℃. Under different pH, TN, TP release rate was highest at high pH and smallest at neutral pH, but the release rate of CODcr decrease then increase as pH increase..3) By accumulation and separation, the research group get 15 stains which contain 5 yeast,4 lactobacillus,4 actinomycetes and 2 nitrobacteria, select 5 strain which has representative to identify by fatty acid spectra analysis, the result show that 5 stain belong to Flavobacterium, Micrococcus, Streptococcus, Micromonosom, Candlda.4) Orthogonal experiment of strain composite stabilizer show that best strain ratio is lactobacillus1.0%, yeast0.5%, actinomycetes2.0%, nitrobacteria2.0%. Best growth conditions of compound bacteria which found from cultivating is that pH=7.0, T=30℃, best carbon resource is Glucose, necessary inorganic salts are Mg2+, Fe2+ and Ca2+, demand degree of compound bacteria is Fe2++> Mg2> Ca2+5)In order to consider the influence of strain quantity and environmental factor to removal effects of pllutants, signal factor experiment has been done. The result as follow, under different strain quantity, the remove effect of CODcr, NH3-N and TP are highest when strain quantity is 1%; under different pH, when pH is 8, the remove effect of CODcr and TP is best, but NH3-N has the best remove effect when pH is 9; when temperature vary, CODcr and TP have best remove effect when temperature is 35℃, but the best temperature for NH3-N removing is 30℃; when DO is different, the remove effect of CODcr and TP increase as DO, while NH3-N has the best remove effect when DO is not enough.6) Orthogonal experiment of comprehensive conditions cultivating find that the influence to pollutants remove effect of comprehensive cultivating condition is different. The degree of influence to COD remove is pH>DO>T>Q, NH3-N is T>DO>pH>Q, TP is pH>DO>Q>T.7) Best degradation condition for compound bacteria to remove the pollutants is that pH=8, T=30℃, Q=0.5%, R=80r/min, under this condition, CODcr, NH3-N and TP have best remove effect, the effect is 78.40%,58.91% and 77.12% respectively.8) Aimed at a black and odorous river water treatment project in the east of Hebei Province, the pilot study system Aeration+Microorganism+Constructed Wetland has been constricted, the three-month operation results demonstrate that even when influent concentration of pollutants are high and the wastewater quality is not stable, the effluent quality of the system can meet V criteria specified in the Environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002). N and P remove effect of the system is best, it made NH3-N<2mg/L, TP<0.4mg/L.The research results can provide important refernce value to treatment of black and odorous rivers. It can aiso provide theoretical basis and technical support for application of biological repair technology in treatment of black and odorous rivers. |
