In recent years, With the scientific development of information technology, as well as the continuous improvement of people's living standard.Clothing needs of individual performance is particularly outstanding, while customers of clothing fit of each part of size requirements increased significantly. Tailor-made clothing is the customer's individual needs manifestation.Therefore, customer-centered MTM and grant the amount of custom clothing has been rapid development. This paper studied some key technologies of the process in the MTM and the apparel mass customization.Firstly, this paper analyzes the various ways the human body measurement and the development of new equipment, than focused on the human body data structure and conceptual model, designed the logical structure of the human body database. Papers with SQL Sever 2008 to build the human body database, using Visual C# 2008 to complete the software interface design.Secondly, the paper describes the concepts of size designation of clothes, Based on the human database, used cluster analysis of relevant theories, mainly K-means algorithm process and principle. Designed the algorithm to generate the standard structure table, Through the software program, completed a functional module that can generate required standard structure table.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the prcess of garment size categorization in the enterprise, described in data mining and neural networks, focusing on BP neural network analysis of the basic principles and application method. Combining the characteristics of neural networks, and in Practical application using L-M algorithm to improve it; through continuous training and completed a number-based archive of the multi-layer feedforward BP network model design and the corresponding software modules. After repeated training, designed the multi-layer feedforward BP network model to size categorization,then completed the software modules.This topic has developed a men's body database and size categorization software which has innovative value. The software has three modules:basic input and query or statistics the database function, can automatically generate the structure parameters database of different specifications, as well as garment size categorization of individual data. The three modules in software interdependent, closely together, interlocked to form a whole suite of services for businesses; moreover, the software modules independent of each other, each have their use, each module able to complete specific functions,can be used independently for the enterprise.Finally, this software applied in a company in Jiangsu Province to verify the function, after the comparison with experience data in enterprise, garment size catagorationg success rate reached 87.8%, proving that the software has good application value.The research provide a software platform for scientific and technological information in the apparel development. The software can be stored a large number of human data which produced from MTM and the mass customization process; To provide users with data entry, browsing, query and statistical analysis functions; Through the Analysis of human body data in the database, you can get the standard structure table; this paper and the software offered an effective approach to achieve digitized categorization for garment size designation, improved the efficiency of clothing enterprises.
