Drilling fluid system has the coordinated function amphion polymer is one of drilling fluid system stable factors. The sexual ion polymer is made by this text according to the requirement of the high-temperature and ultra deep well degree. The performance of its synthesis mainly according to the headway liquid application performance designs. Studied the amphion polymer in drilling fluid system function,mechanism and composition basis. Made to bear the headway liquid of various performance to fasten and talked about to make each matter the synergy effect of priniple .Drilling fluids menas a variety of circulating fluid during drilling oil and gas which can meet the needs of drilling because of their multiple functions. Drilling fluids,sometimes are called drilling mud, or short for mud. Drilling fluid is an important part of oil and gas drilling project.During drilling the high-temperature and ultra deep well, The filtrate invading strata can cause clay shale hydration expansion,when serious can cause sidewall unstable and various underground complex situation , drillling in layer in oil layers can also cause damage .the purpose of joinning water-loss reducing agent is on the wall of the well to form low permeability, flexibility, thin and dense filter cake , to reduce the filtration drilling .The first chapter is preface;In the second chapter, a kind of drilling fluids aiming at the high-temperature and ultra deep well in oil field of uzbekistan ferg(h)ana is described, which can be used in a variety of salinity and density system. And The function of water-loss reducing agent is showed too in the process. After formula selecting and field experiment, the drilling fluids'rheology and filtration performance is stable after aging at high temperature, which can meet the demands of deep drilling. In the range of undersaturation to near saturation (19% -29%), its rheology and filtration performance is stable after aging at high temperature. The anti-salt and anti-gypsum ability are both strong, which can meet needs of salt- gypsum bed drilling. Basic zinc carbonate is added optionally to prevent solution from hydrogen sulfide, while the performance of fluids keeps stable. The stone debris recovery rate is more than75%.In the third part, raw material AM,AMPS,DMC by means of condensation reaction synthesis zwitterion polymer drilling fluids water-loss reducing agent. By means of the polymer's high temperature and high pressure filtration in the different dimensions of drilling fluid can determine the amount of polymer initiator . Main content as follows:1,Studied the synthesis of filter lost agent and the synthesis conditions ;2,Through the anti-scar performance, salt tolerance performance testing and drop the determination of filtration,synthetic copolymer were discussed;3,After the experiment proved that the synthetic drop filter have lost agent salt resistant performance of temperature-to-resistance.In short,theAM/AMPS/DMC polymer has certain water-loss reducing ability.In the work ahead, hope synthetic copolymer is more cheap and play better in the performance of the drilling fluid and applied to the scene, so that make the product be popularized.
