In this thesis, design and optimization of the key structure about large cutting equipment have been done to meet the technical problems during production of corn ethanol wet process, so the actual production of corn ethanol demand is solved and the economic benefit is improved, and the optimization of key structure can be a support to technical improvement for alcohol industry.This thesis analyses several kinds of alcohol production process, and determine the reasonable structure of production process. Reference the crush equipment pill mill and hammer mill of alcohol industry, which are commonly used, to improve the key structure of cutting equipment. And do some deformation stability analysis and flow analysis of the improved structure, the superiority of the new structure can be beard out by the comparison between the traditional shear structure and the new structure. Meanwhile the mode vibration analysis of the shaft system for large cutting equipment has been done, and critical speed and amplitude are calculated, in order to provide the basis theory for the structure improvement.Through the structure analysis, the disassembly type structure of stator and rotor is built in the thesis, the cutting tooth may be separated alone and be repeated for four times, and different number and slot width of multi-layer shattered teeth is designed. The structure has many characteristics, such as high efficiency and low energy consumption, easy to change and fine crushing for disposable, and so on. Using the analysis software ANSYS, deformation analysis of the disassembly type rotor has been done, in order to validate the feasibility and stability of new structure, and ascertain the primary factors affecting through the analysis of the structural parameters of cutting tooth and speed. Through the modal analysis of the shaft system, the inherent frequency and the intrinsic characteristics of the shaft are calculated. What's more, the former bearing position, the after bearings position and size of rotor disc have been made as structure parameters variable, comparison of various parameters have been done for the influence of the inherent frequencies on the shaft system, in order to ascertain the structure of shaft system, and further analyses have been done for the inherent characteristics of the shaft system.At last, through the experiment, the productions of the improved large wet cutting equipment are verified. The experimental results fully comply with the requirement of alcohol production.
