| Study of this subject is a two-alkyl diphenylmethane disufosalt anionic surfactant. The molecular structure of the disufosalt (Cn-DSDM) is CH3(CH2)n-1 (CH2)n-1CH3SO3Na SO3NaSystemic examinations were carried out from the small test synthesis, characterization, table (border) surface chemical properties and synthesis aspects of the pilot Cn-DSDM respectively.The two-alkyl diphenyl methane disufosalt Gemini surfactants has been obtained by four steps. First, diacyl diphenylmethane was produced by using diphenylmethane and acyl chloride as raw materials in a Friedel-Crafts acylation acting under catalytic agent. Then by means of Clemmensen reduction, sulfonation with chlorosulfuric acid and neutralization with NaOH aqueous solution, final product was synthesized. In the acylation reaction, diphenyl methane, chloride, anhydrous aluminum chloride and nitromethane (molar ratio 1:2.5:3.2:6.5) first reacted for 24 hours at room temperature and then heated to 70℃for 6 hours (yield 93.4%). In the Clemmensen reduction reaction, acyl-diphenylmethane, zinc and HCl (molar ratio 1:10:50), reacted for 8 hours at 105℃(yield 91%).Synthesising a series of two-alkyl diphenyl methane disufosalts with nutmeg and palm chloride respectively. The surface tension (γcmc) value and the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the series of dialkyl diphenyl methane sulfonate aqueous solution were lower in the 41.4 mN/m, 54.5 mN/m and 1.00×10-3 mol/L, 3.0×10-3 mol/L,,which were measured with drop volume method at 45℃, compared with ordinary surfactants, cmc value is about one order of magnitude lower, they show a good surface activity. Among them, the maximum adsorptions capacity of surface of different double-chain alkyl diphenyl methane disufosalts are or less.The interfacial tension of C14-DSDM solution (concentration 0.3%, the hardness 300 mg/L, salinity 6000 mg/L) was measured at 40-70℃, the interfacial tension of C14-DSDM solution can reach 7.22×10-3 mN/m at 70℃, which is ultra-low interfacial tension. At the same time, Cn-DSDM has good lime soap dispersing power, solubilization capacity, emulsifying capacity and solution stability.In the course of the pilot test, the series of alkyl diphenyl methane disufosalts Gemini surfactants are synthesized with cardamom chloride, palm chloride and diphenylmethane respectively. Exploring the optimal synthesis conditions for the final product, and the final product were analysised by IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography analysis. The surface tension (γcmc) value and the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the series of dialkyl diphenyl methane sulfonate aqueous solution were lower in the 3.0×10-3,5.0×10-3 mol.L-1 and 51.1,57.3 mN?m-1,which were measured with drop volume method at 45℃, The interfacial tensions of Cn-DSDM solution (concentration 0.3%, the hardness 300 mg/L, salinity 6000 mg/L) were measured at 40-70℃, the interfacial tensions of C14-DSDM and C16-DSDM at 70℃were 3.3×10-2,7.2×10-2 mN/m respectively. At the same time the C14-DSDM were mixed with C16-DSDM, series fatty acids monoethanolamide sulfate salt, sulfobetaine (ASB) and dodecanamide propyl amine oxide (LAO) respectively, then measured interfacial tensions of mixed systems. |
