Resent years, biomedical material research and development gained remarkable achi evement, left millions of patients get rehabilitation, greatly improved the quality of hum an life. With the development of science and technology, industry, traffic, sports cause trauma increase, biomedical materials and products demand and dependence is morebig. But because of the cost, clinical practice, material applications and research limitations, biomedical materials and its products has not received wide application development.This topic mainly research on biological materials and the make the biological coat ing, homemade suitable for in plasma spraying of HA powder, titanium coating, stainles s steel with hydroxyapatite composite coating and stainless steel with Al2O3 composite c oating, through the analysis of these coatings organization and component to biologica 1 coating final application, and provided some theoretical basis.Using arc spraying preparation for stainless steel substrate of pure titanium coating that argon arc spraying of titanium can provide effective protection, thewhole process of formation effectively combine the titanium coating. Use chemical precipitation to make the HA powder with PVA fully mixing, then dry, grinding, sieving to make out the m icron-grade spherical, approximate to reunite in plasma send powder in the flow of HA powder. Using plasma spraying and arc spraying method to prepare the coating involve s hydroxyapatite and stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel composite coating, and analysis the composite coating by SEM and comparison of the coating fixed-point c omposition organization forms. Results show that the gravity of hydroxyapatite powder i s very light, not enter plasma arc center and be melted, plasma arc only heat the po wder and load HA to arc spraying flow, liquid atomizing together by stainless steel sub strate formation in composite coating. For alumina, and stainless steel compound coating, two particle nonuniform distribution, but we can obtain good metallurgical combination.
