With the market competition daily intensifying at home and abroad, the petroleum, as the important energy for the economic development, has already received the widespread attention. And the technology and tool of petroleum mining are also developed and improved by speed. in the nowadays, Screw rod drilling tool is the main tool in the process of recovering petroleum in the advanced wells at home and abroad,such as cluster well and direction well. And the single screw motor, as the main power tool under the shaft, is one kind of the screw rod drilling tool, and its performance could directly influence the operating life and efficiency on project. Therefore improving the single motor performance is significant to the project, even the economic competition. Traditionally, the improvement of the screw motor's performance has been depending on the revision of the cycloid type line, as well as the visual observation and manual setting of the separate data can be seemed as time-consuming and labor-intensive, therefore the improvement and effective design tools of the screw motor type line have big significance to improving the screw motor's performance.According to the theory in the traditional screw motor designs, this thesis is mainly carried into four aspects as followed:(1) Theoretically, according to the epicycloidal and hypocycloidal equation, we can get one-parameter epicycloidal and hypocycloidal equal space line equation, which is a better tool for discussing and studying, comparing to the traditional double-parameters equation.(2) Curve splicing technology is applied to the study of screw rod silhouette theory. As to two-dimension curve data, we analyze the position where the multistage curve can not be link up smoothly, and make the curve smooth splicing by the corresponding algorithm.(3) Conjugate curve in mesh can be got from the smooth curve after splicing(stator curve or rotor curve),and the corresponding mesh analysis is carried on.(4) Through computer program, we can describe screw curve and find the position directly where the curve can not make transition smoothly by magnifying the figure, then fairing is carried out. Finally, we describe the stator figure or rotor figure and generate the corresponding data.This thesis deduces equidistant line screw motor silhouette equation of one-parameter cycloid Curve. Through curve splicing, we can smooth the unsmooth position in screw motor curve, enhance the quality of the motor silhouette curve and improve the mesh performance of stator and rotor. These works have realistic significance in extending screw rod life and raising working efficiency of the screw rod drilling tool.This thesis uses C++language to design and develop the partial design tool of the screw motor silhouette. In view of the practical situation of screw rod processing market in domestic at present, this software is of certainly value for carrying out curve smooth processing, interconversion of stator and rotor and so on.
