In this decade years, owing to the advantage of structure and performance, positive displacement motor has been applied more extensively in the task of the drilling well, repairing well, oil and gas drilling machinery, and machine processing. Screw motor is dynamical and crucial part of the screw-drilling machine. It is comprised of stator and rotor. Profile quality of the stator and rotor decided working performance of screw motor. For the variety and specialty of screw profile, traditional design method based on analytical formula is very difficult in the design and its parameters can’t be rectified simply. So according to the principle of screw motor motion, this article sets forth the method of numerical design which solves screw motor linear optimal design, fitting the discrete point, it has great theoretical and practical significance.The application of theory of gear meshing principle, using cubic spline function fitting curves, to numerical analysis, discrete conjugate linear of stator and rotor. By selecting objective function, constraining the conditions affecting larger factor to achieve optimal design model. On the basis of the simple function for analytical solution method, spread to the range of solution based on the numerical analysis for optimization. Compared with the simple function solving method and cubic spline interpolation method, to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization method. Meanwhile, through realization of the fitted curve confirms the superiority of the sampling function, implements by the conversion of rotor to stator, and using symmetry to revert a half-cycle full-cycle diagram. Last analysis of the instances used to verify and confirm the reasonableness and accuracy of the method.In this article, it presents numerical optimization methods for screw drill motor linear optimization design, which conducives to the further development of style and research, lays the theoretical foundation for actual production work, playing a role in promoting.
