Application Study Of FPD In CSPC Project Quality Management

At the environment of extreme competition and glabolization, company has to win the comparative advantage through innovation, successful project make the comparative advantage come true. To be a successful project, one of the essential factors is contribute to quality management. This article is focus on project quality management in petrochemiacal project.In terms of the project management body of knownledge, as well as the methodology of flawless project delivery (FPD) practice adopted by Shell Company. This article study the FPD project quality system implemented in CSPC BD project, to sort out the the insufficiency and analysis the root cause then make solution to rectify it. To make sure the FPD able to achieved the real flawless expectation.The article includes three parts, first introducing the methodology of FPD, secondly introducing the background of CSPC DB project, the FPD quality of management system as well as FPD implementation status. Thirdly according to the situation of project, then finding out the insufficiency in the project execution and analyzing the root cause in project management, finally designing the rectification solution for project management implementation to assure the success of Flawless Project Delivery in CSPC.This article base on the CSPC DB project practice, analyzing the root causes of the problem occoured in implementation phase, to make improvement for in future's FPD implementation.
