The growing of metal corrosion increasingly caused huge losses to the national economy, currently the protection of metal equipment is still mainly dominated by coated anti-corrosion coating, the defect of anti-corrosion coatings make it difficult to completely prevent oxygen, hydrogen ions on metal corrosion as a physical barrier layer, and most anti-corrosion coatings may damage the environment,which makes its application restricted severely. Polyaniline as a new functional polymer materials, with following advantage of lower cost, simple synthesis, high chemical stability and environmental stability,etc.,have broad application prospects in the energy, electromagnetic shielding, anti-corrosion and electrochromic and other fields.This article through the emulsion polymerization to synthesized doped polyaniline state which take ammonium persulfate as the initiator and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as emulsifier. And it study separately the influence of the content of solid of the polyaniline through the way of feeding, emulsifier, dosage of initiator, water consumption, reaction time and reaction temperature etc.It prepared PANI-asbestos composite material by which polyaniline coated asbestos through In-situ coated method. On the basis, the PANI-asbestos composite material as an active ingredient, the polymer emulsion as film-former, then add into precipitated silica, 325 mesh mica, asphalt, zinc phosphate, nano-silica, flake, etc, and the anticorrosion composition by certain mixing ratio, then we can obtain paint of moderate viscosity through grinding. The experimental results demonstrate that integrated performance of coating such as resistance to impact, adhesion, hardness, performance is the best when the mixing ratio of the quality of the components is:PANI-asbestos complex/polymer emulsion/precipitated silica/mica/water-based asphalt/zinc phosphate/flake/coupling agent = 50/110/9/5/20/10/5/15,.It study the anticorrosion performance on the coating in the surface of ordinary iron through circular voltammetric curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that, the coating of PANI-asbestos/polymer emulsion has excellent comprehensive anticorrosive properties, soaking in 5.0% NaCl solution, it has good anticorrosive effect on the surface of ordinary iron. And through the contrast experiment we can draw that in corrosive process, PANI-asbestos powder plays a major antiseptic effect.
