Normally, the best prefabrication and construciton environment temperature for long oil transportation pipeline is from -5℃to 30℃, the transmission medium temperature usually less than 100℃, In this case, the material properties and manufacturing process are best, long-term use of performance is stable and reliable. The crude oil pipeline of Sino-russian between mohe and daqing`s engineering design of the heat preservation of piping is the first long distance pipeline by anticorrosion material and thermal insulation material that form the composite structure, Different coefficient of linear expansion`material is very sensitive to temperature changing. When the temperature is below -20℃,The mechanical properties of polyethylene will decreased because of chilling shrink. If the construction is performed at the environment temperature of - 5℃, adhesive rickety , not good filling mouth`s comprehensive performance I, difficult rehabilitate after craze may also be caused.This paper researched on the modified anti-corrosion materials , matching production fixtures, prefabricated technology and repaired technology for low temperature and anticorrosion pipeline , a series of technic difficulties was resolved, such as prefabrication in low temperature, construction of anticorrosion and repaired for cleavage. The effect of comprehensive performance from cold-short, shrink and debond in low temperature was decreased, the holistic lifetime and realiability of the pipeline were increased.This topic research has the breakthrough in prefabrication, anticorrosion , and repaired technology in large diameter crude oil pipeline in alpine region. It is very significant in improving the prefabrication , anticorrosion and construction level in permafrost section of alpine region in China.
