This paper has shown the research on the control system and monitor system of mine hoist disc brake as well as the analysis of the overall development view in this field, trying to find out the apparent differences between our country and others.From the inductive transfer function in braking system it is known that the braking process of the hoist are related to numerous factors, including the equivalent mass of the system, the height of hoist and parameters of the coiling block. In this system, affected by lots of parameters, open loop control obviously can not satisfy as required. So the concept of negative feedback in speed is put forward in this article.In the hydraulic pressure station of control systems, the controlling skills of voltage ratio are introduced to change the majority of hierarchical control modes in braking system. This leads to the realization of stepless regulation for braking force during braking processes of disc brake. In this way, braking functions of the disc brake have been magnificent improved. It also states detailed differences between constant force and constant deceleration. Taking these two into a comparative and getting the result that constant deceleration is better. Through the hydraulic pressure station, which is particular designed, four braking modes are realized. And also, this article tells about the control strategy:suppose the electronic controller can work properly and the braking processes are achieves by negative feedback of speed; and in the breakdown of the electronic system, the first-step brake and the second-step brake can be accomplished by the brake hard circuit.Monitor system are efficient in surveying the hoisted speed, brake clearance and disc spring capability. After choosing a concrete sensor, concrete designed circuitry and monitor flow, the real-time monitor will follow the changes of three parameters. Then it will make use of Visual Basic to get data and finally finish the design of the monitor system.At last, in the simulations and experiments for the system, Amesim will be used to build a concrete hydraulic simulation mode. Through the simulation of normal brake and brake hard, it gets what is original supposed. In the circuit system, order step response and anti-interference experiments are carried out in the part of proportional controller. The results are fit into first supposed.
