Disc brake is located in the throat of the whole brake system,its brake performance directly affects the operation quality of the brake system.In recent years,the failure of disc brake has caused many serious mine safety accidents,which puts forward urgent requirements for optimizing the structure of disc brake and improving the brake performance.Based on the comparative analysis of the existing disc brake,this paper studies the results Nano failure analysis mechanism,optimize the structure of disc brake,improve the brake performance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Select the rear mounted disc brake and shaftless disc brake as the research object,compare the structural characteristics and working principle of the two types of disc brake,analyze the failure factors from the perspective of reliability on the basis of summarizing the key working parameters,study and summarize the failure mechanism of disc brake,establish a systematic failure analysis chart,analyze the main forms and failure Leading factors.(2)The working parameters of the two types of disc brake are calculated,and the disc spring,cylinder and oil cylinder are selected as the key parts.The two types of disc brake are modeled by the parametric method.The structural characteristics and stress state of the key parts are compared by the finite element analysis.The vibration characteristics of the whole disc brake and the cylinder are studied by the modal analysis.The shaftless disc brake is found by the comprehensive comparison The overall performance of the actuator is better.(3)The dynamic simulation of the emergency braking process of the shaftless disc brake is carried out by using ADAMS,the relevant evaluation indexes of the braking performance are established,the flexible method is used to model the brake disc and the brake shoe,the rigid flexible coupling model of the whole disc brake is established,and the working parameters such as the braking pressure,the initial braking speed and the friction coefficient are studied and analyzed in the emergency braking through the control variable method The influence of dynamic condition on braking performance.(4)The key structural parameters are selected as the design variables,the maximum average braking positive pressure is the optimization objective,the effective braking time is the constraint condition,the optimal Latin hypercube test design is selected for data sampling,the Kriging approximate model of structural optimization is established,the reliability of the approximate model is verified by the complex correlation coefficient method,and the ASA algorithm and misqp algorithm are combined for optimization solution The reliability of the optimization scheme and the accuracy of the approximate model are verified by ADAMS simulation.The thesis has 39 figures,16 tables and 93 references.
