Azo dye water is characterized as heavy color, high concentration, containing the organic pollutant composition of difficulty biodegradation a solution, whose change of wastewater matter is so big that it is hard to handle. While adopting treatment of common method such as the physical method, chemistry method and bioanalysis or a mixed methods are subjected to the structure of different dyestuff, the composition, biodegradability and chemistry stability for the close relation between transaction effect and dyestuff structure type. But the use of micro-electrolysis has characteristics of wide use, low running expense and good disposal effect, convenient operation and maintenance while handling the wastewater of dyestuff, and the scrap iron which is used is from the borings, and there is no needs of addition power supply and it has great environment worth. There are so many studies on the treatment of analog azo dyes waste water methyl orange solution using micro-electrolysis in the world, but studies on high concentration doublet nitrogen dyestuff are little. For this, this paper takes the methyl orange solution as research object using micro-electrolysis completely. This paper concludes the result by estimating the rate of change of destiny and COD of methyl orange solution.Checking the impact resulted by response time, pH of solution, mass of filling compound and the temperature of respond. The conclusion express that the best experime -nt condition of adopting micro-electrolysis to handle higher-concentration methyl orange simulation waste water as follow: the response time is 3 hours, the pH is 4, the temperature is 20℃, the mass of filling is a 25g, In this condition, the removal rate of COD is 72.42%, and the removal rate of methyl orange is 81.52%.To improve the effect of cleaning, this paper checked the impact by adding different metallic oxide such as aluminum oxide, oxidize an actinium, butter of zinc and oxidize manganese again. The conclusion express that there is no apparent raise in the condition of different temperature and pH when there is enough time. Considering the worth of practicality, I decide to handle methyl orange simulation dyestuff waste water with the original method.To check the stability of run - time of filling and the physical properties of the filling, I run the dynamic experience in the best reaction condition. I put the concentration of the 1500 mg/L and the methyl orange simulations waste water with the pH of 4 to the glass column by the rate of the 6.4 cm/h .By the running of 20 days, I make sure the longest time is 18 days, the removal current rate of COD is about 70% and removal rate of methyl orange efficiency is 80%. There is no phenomenon of agglomeration and pulverization.
