Collecting Huolinhe lignite,and using one of the weak base methods to extract humic acid.Using lignite,humic acid and lignite components extracted humic acid to adsorb and flocculate the wastewater containing dyestuff respectively,the treatment effects are better;and researching on the effect of processing parameters such as the pH, lignite diameter,lignite and humic acid dosage,stirring time and etc.Paper has made some valuable results:(1)When the simulated dye water samples are dealt with by lignite, the removal rate can reach more than 99%,the largest amount of adsorption and flocculation is 24.87mg/g.The best treatment conditions:dosage of 10g/50ml (waste water), stirring time of about 4h,pH of 1-2;(3)HA flocculation of the four kinds of dyes according to descending order is:crystal violet,acid red,direct light fruit green, methyl orange;the maximum flocculation capacity of 19.99mg/g,the maximum removal rate of 99.97%;(4)Lignite extracted HA adsorption capacity of the four kinds of dyes according to both large and small order is same as above;the maximum sorption capacity of 16.62mg/g,the maximum removal rate of 99.9%;(4)The removal rate of COD may reach above 95% by using lignite to deal with the textile dyeing wastewater which COD is up to 20000mg/L.The optimum processing conditions are:lignite diameter of 150μm, dosage of 10g/50ml (waste water),stirring time of 4-5h, pH of about 1.As dye composition of the printing and dyeing wastewater is different,so the best treatment conditions have certain limitations.
