With several years development of China's economy,China become a big country of textile industry.These things lead to the total discharge of wastewater emissions,the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment,water pollution is becoming increasingly serious and water shortage while the flourishing development of textile industry.Recently pollutant discharge standards of China become increasingly stringent,the traditional textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process has been difficult to achieve more stringent emission or reuse requirements.Therefore,the deeply treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater are more and more reflect its importance.This paper are made base on the adsorption technology of activated carbon filter,study the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of COD of biochemical effluent from textile dyeing wastewater,which provided the necessary information for the process design of the second sewage treatment plant in Gaomi City.Combined with the project commissioning and commissioning,through the adsorption filter backwash control parameters(such as backwash time,backwash gas,air pressure,the impact of water quality,etc.)for the sewage treatment plant to provide a reliable filter The operating conditions,optimize the operating parameters,reduce costs.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The static experiment shows that the activated carbon of coal granules has a good adsorption effect on the COD of biochemical effluent from textile dyeing wastewater,and its adsorption capacity is 152.9mg/g and the adsorption time of activated carbon is 20-60 min.The results showed that when the COD value of effluent was more than 50mg/L,the total treated water was 7.5L,the cumulative running time was about 41.7 days,and the utilization rate of adsorption capacity was 79.7%;(2)The test run shows that the activated carbon adsorption filter has a good adsorption and filtration effect on the biodegradable organic matter in the biochemical effluent of textile dyeing wastewater.Through the backwashing experiment,the backwashing parameters of the filter were optimized,and the backwashing parameters were determined as follows: the first 10 minutes of the backwashing stage,the backwashing capacity was set to 4m3/h,and then the backwashing was carried out.6m3/h,backwash duration of 4h.In accordance with the adsorption unit inlet weir gate height set backwash cycle,head lift 300 mm,start the backwash process;(3)The water cost of this project is 0.36 yuan,has a certain prospects for the promotion.
