mine hoist is the dynamic load of shaft tower. It can upgrade the mineral from graound.So the value of economic is produced However, when they divced or produced the mine hoist, they did not think about the dynamic characteristics of the michine, they ignored the realation between dynamic characteristics and shaft tower. So when the natural frequency of shaft tower is close to the interference frequency of mine hoist. Resonance will be happened. The structure of shaft tower will be break and Cracks will be generated within the wall. The life of shaft tower will be affect.Using the great ANSYS finite-element program, a model of real shaft tower is established,and analysis of model shape is conducted. We get the frequency and vibration mode of shaft tower. After the model was analysised, next we made the harmonic response analys of the structure of shaft tower. Received the result of harmonic response analys by working frequency. Analysed the dangerous area in the wall of shaft tower which produced by dynamic load. And we know the place where around the max equivalent force is the most dangerous place. Supposed the break area of concrete in the shate tower by decrease the stiffness of concrete. We get the different natural frequency of shaft tower in different damage degree.The damage degree is fixed by neural network. Use the damage area as research object. Input the different natural frequency of shaft tower in different damage degree to the neural network. And putout the relevant life of shaft tower as training grid. Steady the damage area by change Concrete label, control the vibration of shaft tower, predict the life of new structure by the trained grid.
