This text is a experimental research about treatment of mine drainage. The purpose of the research is to explore a new method of synchronously desulphurization, denitrification, dephosphorization, heavy metal ion removing and initiate the new process. It will provide scientific theory for treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another, comprehensive treatment and resource reuse. To make ues of anaerobic micro-separation technology, 8 kinds of SRB, 5 kinds of TD and 8 kinds of DPB strains were separated and purified from the samples. Screened a high-performance SRB, TD and DPB after comparisons of the performance among them. through experiments to determine the static parameters of the optimum growth conditions. Finally, used of anaerobic bioreactor which self-design and development, within the up-flow and outside defluent, to synchronously remove sulfur, nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metal ions in acidic waste water. Feasibility studies showed that this ideas and process design were exercisable and wastewater treatment achieved satisfactory results.
