In recent years, the oil production has been in the middle-last development time. With the inputting water more and more,the water content ratio of output liquid from oil well is incresaing highly. Meanwhile, the components of the output fluid have become more complicated because of the extraction auxiliary agent use.Massive oil-in-water(O/W) emulsion has been produced with high stablity in oilfield production. At present, the research of crude oil demulsifiers focus on block copolymer at home and abroad, not suiting for O/W emulsion. Therefore, it's very important to develope novel crude oil demusifier for O/W emulsion.The activated meterial and solid particle of interfacial film for O/W emulsion is always of negative charge, so a cation demusifier is frequently adopted. PAMAM (Polyamidoamine) is the first developed dendrimer, it's also the most used dendrimer until now.This paper synthesized polyamidoamine dendrimers by divergent method with ethylenediamine(EDA) and diethylenetriamine(DETA) as core.The integrated generation PAMAM dendrimers were modified to cationic PAMAM quaternary ammonium(M-PAMAM).Adopting infrared spectrums,nuclear magnetism resonances and terminal group analysis methods to characterize their structure,the results indicate that the products are in conformity with their theoretical structure.The related properties of aqueous solution of products with diethylenetriamine as core were studied. The results show:The half generation products have fluorescence prorerties, and they have surface activities.The integrated generation products have weak fluorescence prorerties, and they have no surface activity almost. The modified products have no fluorescence prorerties, but they have fine surface activity. The electrical conductivity of the integrated generation products are higher than the adjacent half generation products at the same concentration. The electrical conductivity of the modified products are much more than PAMAM products. The basic properties of PAMAM are investigated, at the same time the properties of the new type macromolecular surfactant as crude oil demulsifier had been researched. The demulsification performance for the simulated Oil-Polluted water of the integrated generation PAMAM and M-PAMAM were studied in this paper. The influence of temperature, degree of branching, concentration and time of products on demulsification were studied. The result shows:With the increase of degree of branching, concentration and time of products, the demulsification performance are improving.With the increase of temperature, the demulsification performance improve except for 3.0G M-PAMAM at 60℃.In the same situation, the demulsification performance of M-PAMAM are higher than that of PAMAM.The demulsification performance of PAMAM with diethylenetriamine as core are more than PAMAM with ethylenediamine as core.At 40℃,with additive concentration of 120 mg·L-1,90 min, the dehydration rate of 3.0G M-PAMAM for simulated Oil-Polluted water is nearly 90%.3.0G M-PAMAM,952, T-03 products were used in Shengli Oilfield, the results indicate:At 50℃,with additive concentration of 400 mg·L-1 and 90 min, the demulsification rate of 3.0G M-PAMAM is 96.1%,is much better than 952 and T-03 products.
