Using emulsion implementation methods, through a series of orthogonal experiments, under the assisted effect of ultrasonic wave, this paper studied the conductivity of polyaniline on the variation of different processes under low-temperature ultrasonic field, by optimizing prepared with polyaniline material with high absorbing performance and high-conductivity, and analyzed its structure and properties; to prepared broadband light absorbing coating, polyaniline powder was complexed with a variety of new wave-absorbing composite powders.Experiments of polyaniline synthesis: by the simulation of orthogonal experiment, studied the effection of reaction temperature, reaction time, ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic intensity and ultrasonic time parameters to the synthesis of polyaniline conductivity, particle size, etc. under the non-ultrasonic field and ultrasonic field, respectively. The best option of polyaniline powder synthesization with a number of indicators containing high electrical conductivity, uniform particle size and stability of synthetic processes was obtained.Results show that the best solution of the optimal temperature under the ultrasonic field were as follows: the polymerization temperature was 5℃, the reaction time was 8 h, the ultrasonic intensity was 250mA, the ultrasonic frequency was set as the maximum file, and the ultrasonic time was 60min, so the conductivity of polyaniline powder rose to 0.231S / cm, and the particle size was 8 ~ 10μm.Polyaniline as absorbing agent application: by quasi-orthogonal experiments, the selection of new wave-absorbing agent (cobalt-zinc ferrite, lanthanum-doped Ni-Zn ferrite and the helical carbon fiber) with high-energy ball milling complex, preparation of inorganic compound powder; by the method of mechanical grinding blending, to prepare for absorbing coating of polyaniline-based composite radar absorbing agent, the polyaniline and inorganic composite powder were secondly compound, The polyaniline matrix composite wave-absorbing agent and the choice of epoxy resin were compound once again to prepare polyaniline / inorganic powder composite radar absorbing coating.The results show that the best absorbing agent group was divided into polyaniline, cobalt zinc ferrite, lanthanum-doped Ni-Zn ferrite and spiral carbon fiber, eventually absorbing coating shows the broadband absorbing performance under 8 ~ 26GHz , covered by the main absorption band of 12 ~ 14GHz, 16 ~ 20GHz, 24 ~ 26GHz, the maximum absorption intensity reached -22dB. The purpose of light and broadband was reached, but the intensity remains to be further improved.
