Polymer Products is moving in precision, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and direction, are used more and more information, automotive, biotechnology, aerospace and defense, military and other fields. The plastic product's thin wall technology saves raw material by it, to reduce the production cost, to raise the productivity, the product to be more facile the superiority which, the use effect good and so on many traditional formations are unable to compare to receive the industrial field the value and the promotion. This article is based on the common plastic molding thin-walled product defects and process factors in-depth study and concluded that, based on the angle from the process start to study the thin-wall molding process optimization and quality control of thin-walled products and forecasting techniques to the Thin plastic molding products selection and optimization of process parameters to provide a theoretical basis.Obtains from the thin wall product injection molding craft angle, the analysis, summarized domestic and foreign in the plastic thin wall injection molding craft optimization aspect research present situation, has obtained each product quality flaw which the thin wall product injection molding possibly produces, as well as each quality flaw main formation craft influencing factor. Thin-wall molding process according to the technical features of a specific type of molding defects, through rational experimental design and simulation analysis by testing the sample data, using response surface methodology (RSM) modeling theory and ANOVA analysis (ANOVA) technology, a thin-walled injection molding process optimization model. In the traditional genetic algorithm (GA) basis, according to the characteristics of thin-wall molding technology issues suggest improvements, combined with MATLAB programming language works to achieve the optimization of thin-walled molding process to solve the theory model, and verified by experiment that the method is feasible and reasonable.
