Thin wall injection molding technology is an advanced injection molding technology developed on the basis of the traditional injection molding forming method, mainly for thin-walled products under a high speed, high pressure, high temperature conditions. With the development of the modern society of consumer electronic products, plastic products, development of the lightweight, thin wall, complex and individualized direction,the thin-wall injection molding technology is to promote the implementation of universal. At the same time more and more products, forming of thin wall and deep cavity, is applied widely, deep cavity molding has its particularity and regularity. Forming the deep cavity products, subject to many restrictions, such as plastic raw material, mould, the production process. After nearly20years of development and research and has achieved certain results, at present in the thin wall and deep cavity molding technology is not very mature and not very stable. The literatures on the thin wall and deep cavity mold design and molding process is relatively small, in the actual production has encountered some difficulties, the product does not meet the requirements of the quality and standards of customer. So it is necessary to analyze and Research on the thin wall and deep cavity plastic mold design key points and molding technology, production practice that this technique can be better applied to the thin wall and deep cavity plastic parts, and a good guidance for production.In this paper, using CAE simulation analysis as the guide, based on in-depth study on the theory of core offset, by establishing the mechanical model and analysis and calculation of the stress condition of the deep mold cavity core, with comparation of CAE analysis results and practical calculation results to determine the offset ratio, and formulate a strategy and plan to avoid the core shift, and carry on detailed structure design and strength check with the driven equipment,, side pumping core cooling system, from which also summarizes the design method of thin-walled mold design principles and deep cavity mold cooling system and should pay attention to the problem, design and application of the cover mold in the die design of thin, to help guide future deep cavity products. At the same time, the deep cavity mold has a cylinder of hydraulic to control the pulling action, and cylinder to control the support rod action up and down and the mold opening and closing and die ejector mechanism and so on, in order to ensure these complex actions in an orderly manner, this paper developed a sequential control scheme effectively by using PLC software, to realize the hydraulic cylinder and the cylinder precision timing control mold.The ideal results have been obtained in the research process, realized the production of our company under the cover of thin plastic parts. Thin wall molding product has good appearance and reliable mechanical performance, and verified by the experiment and the subsequent assembly of products in full compliance with the relevant requirements, single product and assembly. Conclusion:thin wall injection molding technology is applied to the thin wall and deep cavity plastic parts production, in the future, this will well make application in thin-walled plastic products and play a good role in guiding.
