Research In The Preparation Of Chang Yan Ning Dispersible Tablets

The Chang yan ning disipersible tablets is new dosage form the Chang yan ning syrup.In order to develop the Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine, study the new dosage form and make it more efficient,more stable quality and more suitable for using. This article made a study of Chang yan ning disipersible tablets and its preparation in three parts:quality standards, extraction process and dosage form improvement.This article study the optimum ethanol extraction process for Chang yan ning disipersible tablets by adopting orthogonal experimental design. Focusin on the steam distillation of volatile oil extracted from Elsholtzia and preparation of dispersible tablets. The quality standards of Chang yan ning dispersible tablets has been established by research. The method for determinating the content of gallic acid by HPLC and identifying the Camphor tree root and Hedyotidis grass by TLC in Chang yan ning dispersible tablets has been studied.The following problems have been solved effectively by quality standards studying, prescription screening and process optimization:1.the old dosage form of Chang yan ning effect slowly; 2. the quality standards of original medicine is too simple to ensure its drug efficacy being stable.The results show that the new process is rational, stable and viable. Carried on the acceleration test and long-term test at room temperature according to the new quality standards, the data indicated that the product quality is stable.
