D-glucosaminehydrochloride was got from chitin in hydrochloric acid solution with hydrolysis fully, it was applied widely in the chemical engineering, environmental protection, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food etc. But a large amount of wastewater containing hydrochloric acid and acetic acid was generated by the production of D-glucosaminehydrochloride. If that water were not recycled and directly emissioned, the environment was polluted and resource was wasted. In this paper, acid wastewater based on the D-glucosaminehydrochloride production process was studied, separated by film evaporation adding salt, film absorption and extraction and concentrated by hydrochloric acid. On the basis of this, factors on the impact of the concentrating were investigated, including the account of calcium chloride, temperature, pressure and time etc.The result showed that through the cycle continuously absorbtion and concentration, the concentration of hydrochloric acid could achieve 31%(mass fraction) above. The best experimental results were as followed:the amount of calcium agent is 35 g/100 ml hydrochloric acid liquid; operating pressure was selected 700 mmHg; Operating temperature was 46℃and the condition of film evaporation and absorbtion were good. After 8h,the concentration of hydrochloric acid and acetic acid from kettle remained about 1.30 mol/L and 1.7 mol/L.Extraction process was adopted on the kettle liquid of acetic acid and was researched. Experimental results showed that tributyl phosphate could effectively increase the water of acetic relative volatility and toluene was choosed as diluent appropriately. The optimum technological conditions were as followed:the condition of acetic acid was the range of 2%-10%, extraction agent was choosed as 70% of tributyl phosphate 30% of toluene and operating temperature of extraction was 25℃.In order to accomplish industrialization, the separation process on hydrochloric acid and acetic acid was simulated and industrialization preliminary was designed by Aspen. The size of main equipment and process operation terms and conditions were determined, under which operation could satisfy the industry and environmental requirements.
