This thesis is composed of two parts as follows:The nanoporous silver Film:Fabrication and Application in SERSWith the development of nanotechnology, a new kind of nanostructure-nanoporous thin films, have been gradually focused on and put into application. Within these, nanoporous gold films have got broadly researched because of their stable chemical property and bright future in the aspect as catalysis, molecule probe, energy storage and filtration.In order to make the process more convenient and have less expense, a nanoporous silver thin film is made. Silver and copper are mixed to evaporate, forming the alloy thin film, according to the characteristic of alloy evaporation. Then the films undergo annealing under certain temperature and etched by certain diluted acid to remove copper in the alloy, resulting in silver thin film with dense nanopores. This simple method avoids the complicated template building and electrochemical treatment. Meanwhile, the relationship with the detail appearance and structure of nanoporous films prepared by this method and several steps during execution including mixture ratio of alloy, temperature and time of annealing have been discussed. When a mono-layer of4,4’-bipyridine or thio-2-naphthol was absorbed on the surface of this nanoporous silver film, surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) was identified. Besides a nanoporous silver films, a porous silver film with dense pores with scale same with visible wavelength is also prepared.Monodisperse silver nanoparticles film:Fabrication and ApplicationSilver nanoparticles material has been got great attention these years, for its good conductivity, chemical stability, catalytic and antibacterial activityIn this part, a new method to fabricate silver nanoparticles film is described.A Ag film in nanoscale was prepared by vacuum evaporation,then the monodisperse silver nanoparticles film was got after annealing. The surface morphology and components of the AgNP film was analyzed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis(XPS).The influence of the thickness of the initial film, the temperature and the duration in annealing has been discussed.The AgNP film can be used as the dielectric layer in the electric memory device; when the2-mercaptobenzimidazole-5-sulfonate was absorbed on the surface of this AgNP film, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) was identified; this AgNP film can also be the precursor to make the silver sulfide with nanostructure.
