Analysis And Research Of Narrow Roll Paper Zero-Speed Splicer's System

To shorten paper-changed time and lighten operators'labor intensity,by the kinematic and dynamic analysis of paper tape and transport mechanism, a economical and practical experimental platform of new splicer has been developed based on theory of zero-speed splicer.The splicing unit consists of two-position turret unwind,semi-automatic splice unit, automatic tension control system,web storage festoon and automatic correction stand. Simulation design shows that the unit can realize specified demands and improve efficacy significantly.The main points in this paper as followed:1,Through dynamics analysis of the progress of unwinding the paper,the curve is obtained between the shape of web and paper tape dynamic tension,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of tension control system.2, Through kinematic and dynamics analysis of web and paper frame,the curve is obtained between the shape of web and support force of frame.The support force of Irregular web is almost five times than the support force of deflection web.3, Through kinematic and dynamics analysis of paper tape movement,curve is obtained between guide roller angle and the corrective force.Find out that if the guide roller angle became increase,the corrective force increases in index way.4, Through kinematic and dynamics analysis of paper storage frame,find out the relationship between paper tape's tension and paper storage roll's movement.When acceleration of paper storage rolls is biggest in starting stage, paper tape tensity is the biggest.5, Through finite analysis of the web frame,the first ten natural frequencies and the formation of web frame can be calculate out.Increase the stiffness of web frame's rotating arm and web shaft is benefit to ensure the work steadily,which provides the theoretical basis for structure design.Innovation points: 1,propose a paper dynamics analysis method of variational acceleration starting progress. 2,propose a economy splicing principle.
