The Dismounting Training System Of Printing Machine Based On Virtual Reality

Since Virtual Reality Technology was proposed, as to its distinguished manifestation in some aspects of immersion and interactivity, it has become research hot point in the field of educational training and engineering design, and has been widely applied. In traditional disassembling/assembling training, touchsmart and hands-on practice are permited .Touchsmart lacks interactivity and the message to trainers it conveyed is limited; hands-on practice is effective, but it faces various unpredictable dangers and is impracticable within plenty of trainers. The appearance of virtual dismounting based on Virtual Reality Technology, makes up these defects successfully.Based on the main line of building process of virtual dismounting training system, this paper starts with three-dimensional design, introduces some questions and solutions that are needed to advent in press virtual mulation . Especially , input-output interface of interactive virtual press , visual elements of virtual world , dimensional imaging principle and interactive method of virtual world are discussed , then press virtual dismounting path planning algorithm is explored , finally the paper prospects and summarizes virtual dismounting.
