The emergence of crotch structure plays a significant role in the history of fashion. Before crotch structure appeared, the original pants, to some extent, limited the function of clothing in the labor and sports areas. In this day and age, with the development of the politic, economic, and science, the majority of people have no choice but face up to the challenges due to the change and stress in a way of fast-pace lifestyle. Therefore, clothing should be made not only to meet functional requirements but also to strengthen the role of the decoration. The structural design of trousers is the key point. The crotch structural design of women's fitted pants is always the main points and difficult points of the pants structural design and is a core technology. Not only should it be decorative but also comfortable. However, the research in this field present can not keep balance between them.Therefore, this article try to research on the relationship between the crotches structural designs and outline shape of women's fitted pants. Through a series of physical experiments to analyzing and calculating the numerical design optimization and setting rules of individual crotch structure parameter, providing reference evidence for the interventions.
