The Research And Development Of The System: Selecting And Design For Blade Of Assembly Copying-shape Milling Cutter Used In Wood Manufacturing

Widely,the blade of the assembly copying shape milling cutter are used in wood manufacturing.This research focuses on the outline of this kind of blade, developes CutterSystem with the aid of computer technology and fuzzy knowledge.it contains:Study and analyze the theory and tendency of cutting ,take research in the question of select-the-best on the outline of the blade with the new appearing theory named the calculous method on Cutting.It brings forward the conception of vector-matching and vector combination for the first time,and continues with the relative theory about these conceptions,and realizes these theory with the help of Object-Oriented technology,and at the last realizes the system by using these theories.This Study also pays attention to another problem arised in blade selecting,here I call it approximately selecting.To made it usable,you should construct the membership function to obtain fuzzy sets,and select one of the function approximation,so that you can get the value of approximation to decide if meet the manufacturing or not. The completing of the problem can give you a scientific method to get the blade from the blades that now you have to process your work.If the result of the above method cannot meet the require,you can use the system to get the outline of the blade by input the shape of the wood product. Commonly,the outline of blade doesn't agree with the shape of product,the system realize the function of convert the shape of product to the outline of blade by a module,at the same time,the module can be used to realize the function of matching and combination.Besides,the research buildes a simple database about cutting blades,and does some research on how to use ODBC technology under the enviroment of ObjectARX.To realize the system,here I adopt Visual C++6.0 as the main work enviromnet to develop the main system,and ObjectARX2000 for the assistant system,the main system is used to realize the operation of matching,combination and approximately selecting,and display the result of these operations.The assistant system is used to get the feature of the vector and save it into a database that constructed by Access2000.With the adoption of the system ,the enterprise can expands its manufacting capacity by the same blades it have.
