The paper focuses on the hot pressing technique of bamboo and waste thermoplastics. This paper investigated the effect of physical and mechanical properties on the different surface modification of bamboo particle, the best processing parameter of composites production, the process of produce bamboo-plastic composite with waste bamboo plywood form, the enhancement on composite with different methods.On the study of waste bamboo particle surface modification found the effect is better, when the PF contented 5%. This paper optimized the surface treatment process parameters. The optimized result is, resin content of 4%, the mixture of waste bamboo particle and waste plastic with 8:2, hot pressing temperatures 195℃, and test the mechanical performance of composites with density of 1.02g/cm3, TS 5.72%, MOR 19.1MPa, MOE 2894MPa, Tensile Strength 9.7MPa. Physical and mechanical properties are better than A class particleboard. Reference the optimization parameters, the composition processing of using waste bamboo plywood form and waste plastic was also studied. We concluded the optimum parameter through the experiment, Temperature 195℃, Mixing Ratio 7:3, Practical Size 14-40 mesh, Max MOE 19.1MPa, Max MOR 2419MPa, Max Tensile Strength 24.9MPa.Finally, the processing of composition reinforced with and burlap bag was also researched. The results of the experiment showed the bamboo strip treat with PF is the best methods. Test the mechanical performance of composites with density of 1.11g/cm3, TS 4.03%, MOR 42.77MPa, MOE 3831MPa, Tensile strength 24.9MPa.
