| Science and technology of 3D printing have been swept the world in recent two years. Fused depo sition modeling receives much concern as one of the most common techniques, and its first problem i s deletion of material type. Therefore, based on the background of fused deposition modeling, applica tion direction of printing and geographical environment of my school, environmental protection printi ng material, including polylactic acid with hot melt as base material, bamboo powder as filler were de veloped and application analyzed.Firstly, the material and forming principle are analyzed, and prepared methods with fractional bul k are determined, which are verified by practical production of industry in the paper. The effect of add ition of different kinds of adding agents on material forming was researched, and determine the best ratio. The using method of the material is same as that of traditional polylactic acid, and its texture si milar to grain is produced when printing.Secondly, according to the material properties requirements for the structure of nozzle and the flu idity of material, theoretical analysis are detailed in the paper, get characteristics image and clarify the shape change when material flow in the nozzle by ANSYS finite element simulation. In addition, establish the printing process parameters model according to the practical application of 3D printing parameters, get the relationship between the parameters and the accuracy of the forming parts. The results show that the model can be used to guide and optimize the molding quality.Finally, according to the processing technology and materials characteristic, the sandbox terrain features as the application direction of such materials are printed. In this paper, generate the model format by 3D software just like Sketch up or Geomagic from the Google earth, then related. The product quality and appearance can meet the application requirements. |
