| In this study, relying on laboratory strains and natural resources high-salt sample resources, we have screened halophilic bacteria by using particular high-salt mediums and mediums supplemented by specific components of waste water. A kind of halophilic bacteria was constructed for high COD and high sulfate modified wastewater. And we have done a lot of Laboratory and engineering experiments to determine the best facters in order to run the process best.With an aim at the original fine chemical wastewater, which is high COD, high sulfate, and low pH, we designed a wastewater process:" physical and chemical coagulation pretreatment+anaerobic treatment+aerobic treatment". A kind of halophilic bacteria was constructed for original fine chemical wastewater. Now the experiment in the factory is running under way.
