Study On The Influence Of Point Source Pollution On Water Environment Quality And Control Measures In Liuyang City

In this paper, by taking the main pollutants of wastewater which came from the main industry of Liuyang city as the research object, based on the water quality evaluation result of of Liuyang River in Liuyang city, the distribution of the main polluting industries and the influence of point pollution on water pollution situation were studied. And the main pollution factors of water environment of Liuyang River in Liuyang city were analysised. Water pollution preventions that based on guiding principle,policy,economic investment and technology were dissudded. The main contents of the study as following.(1) The total emission of wastewater that come from industrial pollution source and domestic pollution source and waste treatment plant of Liuyang city was 46.98398 milloin ton, among which 53.6% came from industrial pollution source, 46.3% came from industrial waste treatment and 0.1% came from waste treatment plant. Industrial pollution source and domestic pollution source were both main pollution source that lead to water pollution.. The industrial pollution sources including paper industry, agricultural byproducts processing industry, textile industry, drug manufacturing industry, chemicals manufacturing industry and nonferrous metals collecting industry.that produce COD, COD, NH4-N, as, pb, cd, and so on, and the domestic pollution source including urban resident life and service industry that produce BOD and COD and so on. All of the results showed that the water environment pollution of Liuyang River in Liuyang city had became increasingly severe, and the water environment protection measures could not fit the standard of water.(2) Urban resident life, paper industry, agricultural byproducts processing industry, drug manufacturing industry were most main pollution sources, the COD and BOD of wastewater which came from the four pollution sources that lead to dissolved oxygen, COD,BOD and NH4-N of water environment of Liuyang River in Liuyang city and in its downstream over standard. The comprehensive indexes of pollution of different section showed that the pollution of water was most serious in downstream, the worse in the entry section and the least in source. And the water pollution of downstream of Liuyang River had becoming more serious year by year.(3) Because of low repeated utilization ratio and treatment ratio of the wastewater, the water environment of Liuyang city had facing many outstanding problems such as the wastewater which came from different pollution sources had exceed the environmental load, the water environment pressures increased with the increase of exogenous pollutions, the lag of environment protecting and so on.(4)The macro-control of water quality of Liuyang city could been improved and strengthen through these pathways such as changing the economic growth mode, adjusting industrial structure, perfecting the mechanism of water environment protection, perfecting the system of the control of contamination emission, increasing financial investment, raising the degree of participation of people and so on.
