Study On The Pollution And Prevention Of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution On Water Environment In Yueyang City

Yueyang based on Dongting Lake resources,rich water resources,Agricultural development is stable.Rural environmental governance has always been a difficult problem in environmental governance.The direct effect between agricultural non-point source pollution and water environment is the most extensive and the most intensive.Based on the analysis of the impact of agricultural non-point pollution on water environment in Yueyang city,combined with the characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution,to explore and study the prevention and control measures of agricultural non-point pollution.By means of data collection,literature reading and actual investigation,In combination with local administrative divisions and population conditions,geographical environment and climatic characteristics,and agricultural production conditions,Comprehensively investigate and collect evidence of agricultural non-point source pollution from various aspects,and understand the current situation.It is found that non-point sources of agricultural pollution are mainly concentrated in chemical fertilizers,pesticides,agricultural residues and wastes,crop straws,aquaculture and livestock and poultry manure pollution.This paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of agricultural non-point pollutants on water environment,such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides,crop straws,livestock and poultry manure,and farmland residual film.As well as the existing problems and reasons in the prevention and control of water environmental pollution by agricultural non-point source pollution,At the same time,draw on and absorb the advanced experience of domestic and foreign agricultural non-point pollution prevention and control and rural living environment improvement,The countermeasures of controlling non-point pollution are put forward.To strengthen the leadership,enhance attention,give full play to the leading role of the government;We will strengthen community-level environmental protection forces,improve community-level law enforcement systems for environmental protection,and improve rural environmental supervision systems;We will strengthen financial support to ensure funding for pollution prevention and control and the construction of agricultural infrastructure.We will actively improve the living environment in rural areas,publicize and guide the masses to participate in the construction of ecological rural areas in multiple ways and channels.We will innovate and upgrade agricultural technologies and increaseefforts to bring in agricultural technology professionals.Accelerate the extension and application of agricultural technology to control and reduce the impact of agricultural non-point source pollution on the water environment,We will vigorously develop ecological agriculture and circular agriculture,and further improve the effectiveness of pollution control from non-point sources in agriculture.We will improve the prevention and control of water pollution,and provide a foundation for increasing agricultural efficiency,increasing farmers' incomes,and increasing rural green.
