| With the computer technology and network technology evolving, it is hoped to design clothes that meet customers'personal requirements by a more convenient and faster technology. In the early 21st century, special system eMTM (Electronic Made to Measure) came into being as a new mode of clothing production. It utilizes 3D body scanning technology, computer technology and network technology to combine body model building, body shape analysis, body measuring, clothing design, style choice, clothing order, and clothing production together. And it greatly increases the efficiency of clothing production and decreases the development cycle of its products.The main study in this thesis is a real-time personalization garment design system in eMTM, which researches and develops 3D virtual garment design system in accordance with clothing design process in real life. It takes one of clothing styles shirt as an example to analyze and discuss 3D virtual garment design process and related technologies. Firstly,3D virtual garment design system takes pretreatment of 3D virtual garment to handle user's body data based on clothing style. Then it maps 3D user's body data into 2D plane to form the body contour, and uses interpolation method to de-noise that body contour. User designs real-time 2D contour line of clothing over the virtual 2D body contour.3D virtual garment design system collects user's input data, and extracts a preliminary feature points. It decomposes and classifies the 2D contour line to produce cross and contour by feature points. The scope of clothing's vertical dimension can be calculated according to the cross, and the distance between the clothing and the human body can be inferred based on the contour. Eventually, the 3D coordinates of clothing can be calculated based on spacing model. In accordance with specific standards,3D virtual garment data files will be organized and displayed in front of users in real time.3D virtual garment design system allows users to see the real costumes before clothing is produced. User can directly not only modify the effect of dissatisfaction, but also adjust its fabric or style on the computer to find the most suitable fabric or style to get the best results.In the researching and developing process of 3D virtual clothing, this paper focuses on analysis of the following key technologies:(1) Introduce eMTM into the fashion design field, design a 3D virtual clothing generation process, and achieve rapid design of interactive clothing process in the virtual space. (2) Apply Lagrange interpolation to de-noise the human body contour in 2D space. (3) Make use of corner detection method to generate two types of data lines:cross and contour. (4) Further study the spacing model to auto-generate and display digital clothing in 3D space. Studies and implementations in this article provide a theoretical and technical basis for eMTM system. |
