With the development of modern science and technology, a large number of modern shuttleless looms entered the textile industry. At present, along with the development of the textile industry, the proportion of new textile equipment is rising rapidly. The shedding mechanism and the beating-up mechanism are important to the shuttleless loom. The shedding mechanism do not only complete the warp's opening , but also according to the movement of warp and weft to control healed lifting motion and healed reversing motion, so that the fabric obtains the organizational structure. The complexity of the fabric has relation to the shedding mechanism .Fabric is obtained by the reed of the beating-up mechanism beating the weft in shed , and the beating-up mechanism has significant impacts on the fabric. Now, the level of China's machinery industry behind the world advanced level more than twenty years, China hasn't master the key technology of foreign textile equipment , the design principle of research is still at an early stage, the important part depend on import. One of the key issues is the design level behind. Based on the detailed analysis of the cam, The shedding mechanism and the beating-up mechanism, have been found key factors affecting mechanism's movement. Combined with the elastic-dynamic analysis of cam mechanism, the more reasonable time allocation and laws of motion about the shedding mechanism and the beating-up mechanism are made. Also according to the requirements of The shedding mechanism designed opened angle and closed angle are not equal, Healed motion's static angles of the upper and lower are different, so that shedding movement performance is more perfect. The cam's move-curve are designed two modules of lift and return, then with the static curve to have different combine, different cam will appear. With the loom's speed increasing, a more reasonable distribution of the movements of time, and the better reed's motion parameters are designed. By analyzing, the shedding mechanism and the beating-up mechanism, even the entire device has better performance. On a specific fabric the shedding cam and beating-up motion cam are designed, that have some guidance to actual production. Using computer to calculate and draw graphics can save a lot of manpower and material resources also make it become very convenient to redesign of the cam.
