The application of laser has spread to all areas of people's lives, far beyond the imagination of the original people. it is difficult to use experimental methods to directly measure the instantaneous temperature distribution, in practice still rely mainly on tests and experience to get the laser processing parameters. With the development of modern computing science and technology, it can make use of advanced computer technology, the influence of the laser irradiation process, the quantitative analysis of the factors. In this paper, ANSYS finite element analysis software, laser irradiation of the temperature field finite element simulation, and a series of studies conducted on this basis.In this paper, the 5kW CO2 laser processing system, SCH13 steel cladding CoNiCrAIY alloy powder, laser irradiation of SCH13 steel, the temperature field in the process of comprehensive analysis. Using finite element software ANSYS APDL parameter design language, in order to achieve simulated moving laser heat source temperature. With the temperature field simulation results and validation of the experiment was based on a combination of cladding layer and the basic situation, choose the right laser parameters and discuss their impact on the temperature field. By scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction SCH13 steel cladding CoNiCrAlY alloy layers, the structure of the analysis and detection and for the detailed simulation results of the test validation. Laser irradiations on the best strategies for optimizing process parameters have a certain reference.In the laser irradiation process, through the different laser output power and scanning speed, beam radius of the selected parameters can be optimized. And show that the laser power is proportional to the temperature and the pool center, laser scanning speed, beam diameter and inversely proportional to temperature bath center. SCH13 substrate alloy cladding powder coating CoNiCrAlY the best process parameters:laser output power of 1200W, scanning speed 10mm/s, the laser diameter of 2.5mm.
