Research On Logistics Network Operation Of Drug Recall

ABSTRACT:As a special kind of commodities, Drugs play an import role in preventing, treating and curing human disease; drug security is related to people healthy and lives. Drug recall events occurred frequently in recent years, the public pay great attention to the drug safety problems. The key parts to solve the drug recall problem is the logistics network operation of drug recall. At present, the research about reverse network logistics are recycling products and solid wastes, and so on. The drug recall operation is different from other product recall and the requirements of logistics network operation are specific, so it is necessary to research the logistics network operation of drug recall.In this context, the dissertation makes further research on the basis of National Science and Technology Supporting Project, which is Drug Safety Retrospective Management Project using RFID Technology, the logistics network operation of drug recall is discussed in this paper. With the product recall theory, reverse logistics theory and logistics network theory, combing qualitative analysis and quantitative research, theory research and simulation analysis together, this paper studies the drug recall logistics network characteristics, structure characteristics and influencing factors. The drug recall logistics network operation model is proposed.The main researches of this paper are indicated as follows:(1) On the basis of regulations files and operation analysis of drug recall, the dissertation points out the process of drug recall has the characteristics of abruptness, multilateral relevance, emergency and high-cost. The problems exist in process of drug recall operation are high-cost reverse logistics, too-long recalled time and lack of reverse logistics network.(2) With the product recall theory, reverse logistics theory and logistics network theory, the characters of drug recall logistics network are analyzed. The structure characteristics of drug recall logistics network, operational characteristics and the influential factors of drug recall are analyzed.(3) The logistics network of drug recall model is proposed according the analysis above and design the algorithm. A case is studied to be empirical analysis at last.
