Most steel production companies are far away from the place of sale,so steel sales logistics are mainly long-distance transportation,and logistics costs remain high as a result.In recent years,the country has advocated green logistics,especially the ecological restoration of the waters of the Yangtze River.The government has shut down thousands of terminals along the Yangtze River,resulting in a shortage of water transportation capacity for Steel's sales logistics,and traditional steel sales logistics that favor waterway and road transportation.The structure can no longer meet the needs of the current situation,and it is imperative to increase the share of railway transportation and the capacity of hubs.In the past,Maanshan Iron and Steel's sales and logistics mainly relied on water transportation.The product backlog caused by the unreasonable transportation structure and the company's production organization are becoming more and more prominent.In order to break the current situation of Maanshan Iron and Steel's excessive reliance on water transportation,it is The transportation volume is tilted towards railways,opening up the railway transportation corridor of Maanshan Iron and Steel's steel logistics network,and optimizing Maanshan Iron and Steel's sales and logistics network.The main ways include re-arranging Maanshan Iron and Steel's sales and logistics network and corridor planning of Maanshan Iron and Steel's transportation.The proposal to use railway freight yards as logistics network nodes fully realizes the economics of the transportation network,adopt large-scale transportation between railway logistics nodes,produce scale effects on the network trunk,reduce transportation costs,and deepen the railway transportation industry and steel Cooperation in the sales and logistics industry is an ideal choice for China' s steel sales and logistics network.This article focuses on the current situation of the sales and logistics network of Maanshan Iron and Steel,and comprehensively considers the waterway intermodal conditions and the existing equipment and facilities of the railway freight yards and stations in Maanshan Iron and Steel.According to the situation,through qualitative analysis,additional suitable railway freight yards were selected as steel sales logistics network nodes,thereby re-arranging Maanshan Iron & Steel's sales logistics network.Apply the idea of the four-stage transportation method to the corridor planning of the sales logistics network.In the steel generation stage,it is assumed that Maanshan Iron and Steel' s sales logistics headquarters is the only starting point for steel,so the total amount of steel generated is known,in the steel distribution stage,in order to allocate the known total steel Five explanatory variables such as the total construction area and automobile output are used to construct a multiple linear regression equation for the steel attraction volume,and calculate the steel logistics sharing rate and attraction volume in 24 regions.Various sales locations.In the mode division and flow distribution stage,the transportation mode selects the railway,highway and waterway for steel transportation,and the transportation constructs the transit node determination and transportation mode selection model with the lowest total transportation cost as the goal.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem through MATLAB programming.The transportation corridor planning plan of Maanshan Iron and Steel's sales logistics separately counts the cost of using railway transportation or road transportation for the entire road network distribution,and the total cost of the optimized plan for distribution,and compares the conclusions.Through the solution of the network channel planning model,the best transportation route and mode of transportation are finally obtained,which provides decisionmaking reference for optimizing the logistics process of Maanshan Iron and Steel and opening up railway transportation corridors.
