Tunnel kiln is a kind of ceramic heating equipment of horizontal flame which air flows horizontally and counter flows. Preheating zone is the prophase stage of the whole process that ceramic products gets burned, the main problem of preheating zone is the temperature difference of section fluctuation, which will affect the products quality and prolong burned time, reduce production and caused by many reasons.The temperature throughout in the kilns is a process of dynamic balance which influenced by many factors. preheating zone is negative pressure condition basically, hot flue gas comes from firing zone caused by kiln pressure and the burners' injection installed at the end of preheating zone , the temperature control of preheating zone is mainly adjusting brakes of general and single outflows and the burners of preheating zone.This thesis researches the factors which cause temperature difference in the preheating zone, and summarize the measures solving the temperature difference. Based on changing the structure of tunnel kiln, with numerical simulation the thesis analysises the fluid flow field and temperature field of one tunnel kiln, gets the influence on fluid flow field and temperature field by double row outflow combined action with high velocity burner, compare the influence with the condition single row outflow, supply new theoretical investigation to solve the temperature difference of preheating zone.
