Han River Navigation Project Cuijiaying Hanjiang River in Hubei Prov ince in the cascade development in the 9 level 5, is located 17km downstr eam of the Han River at Xiangfan City, mainly in shipping, taking into ac count power generation, irrigation, water supply, tourism, aquaculture and ot her integrated development function. After completion of water storage reser voir sluice gate to a new set of forming broad and shallow waterways plai n channel 39.8 km reservoir, the upper reach of Hanjiang River Dam 33.7k m channel, a tributary of 17.5km of the channel to improve, when the rese rvoir water channel Cuijiaying upgraded to Class III grade. Along the Han River Han River is the city's main fresh water resources, water diversion p roject Danjiangkou Reservoir is the water points, Cuijiaying navigation com plex as integrated water resources development and utilization of middle an d lower reaches of the level, the rational development of water resources E cological Environment utilization, economic development, achieve sustainable and healthy development.Reservoir waterway improvement level, the reservoir area to promote e conomic development along the reservoir area will be significantly increased number of ships, marine species will become more abundant, the original dredging boats, mainly bulk carriers based in the future is expected to cont ainer ships, cruise ships, fishing boats, culture vessels will appear, ship dev elopment has become a large, standardized, large-scale. However, after the r eservoir water into the library widened to slow down, wind increases, its p urification capacity of water body will greatly reduce the extent of water p ollution in reservoir area is bound to increase, resulting in decreased water quality in the reservoir area; reservoir density of vessel traffic flow, when the frequent passenger ferry sailing across the main channel, resulting in c ross-channel ships, coupled with an increase in inclement weather, the ship will sail a security risk, ship accidents lead to chemical spills, oil spills int o the reservoir so the water environment will be very serious pollution; res ervoir coastal economic development, industrial sewage, waste water and do mestic wastewater discharge of urban residents will continue to increase. Th erefore, the analysis of reservoir water into the library after the water envir onment facing the risks of pollution from ships, the development of water environment on the scale of the ship to study the carrying capacity of the water environment, strengthen the rational development and utilization of th e water environment to maintain the health of the reservoir area sustainable development is imperative. This article is based on the above, undertake the following research wo rk. The first is the completion of water storage reservoir after Cuijiaying m ain factors affecting the water environment analysis, and then for the actual Cuijiaying project, analyze the development of the reservoir area by the s hip's water environment constraints, along with analysis of ship emissions p ollution Reservoir water environment, and to explore the water environment carrying capacity and the relationship between the development of model s hips, the results of analysis by calculating the carrying capacity of water e nvironment in the reservoir area, reservoir area for the future of the ship C uijiaying trends, size, provide theoretical support and guidance Finally, the proposed reservoir vessel pollution prevention measures. This research can ship Cuijiaying the future development trend of the reservoir area, the scale of the reservoir to provide theoretical support and ship pollution prevention guidance.
