Contain iron 12.8 million t and gallium about 32t.From v-recovering tail slag in recycling of gallium main ways has high temperature chlorinated volatile method, pressure cooking-leaching method, reduction smelting-by electroloysis-process etc. High temperature chlorinated volatile method, its simple process recycling gallium, low energy consumption, but because the chlorinated agent and the product of chlorinated process has strong corrosion, the anticorrosion performance requirements for equipment high. Furthermore, the chlorination process chlorine into the waste gas in a large number of serious pollution. Pressure cooking-leaching method recycling gallium, Although process is simple, but leaching only about 60%, Gallium-iron separation result is bad, and need GaoYaFu equipment, cost is higher.With electric arc furnace reduction smelting v-recovering tail slag containing gallium pig iron get for raw materials, casted into the anode plate. In the electrolysis test from the iron including the gallium, choosing the chlorine salt electrolyte system and It has been explored the influence of the Fe2+ concentrations, the current density and the pH value on the electrolysis experiment. The experimental study indicates that the percent of electrolytic iron reaches 99.39% and The anode slime 0.30% gallium content when Fe2+ density value 50g/L, current density value 200A/m2, interelectrode distance 610cm, NH4Cl density value 100g/L, pH value as 4, the tank voltage value 1.21.9V.From v-recovering tail slag to electrolytic iron, the total recovery percent of iron reaches 71.35%. From slag extracted vanadium to the anode mud, the enrichment ratio of gallium reaches 85% that the concentration of gallium enhances about 38 times. Experimental results indicated that the reduction smelting-electricity solution recovery v-recovering tail of gallium and iron slag process is feasible.
