| Original rock temperature is a basic data of heat disaster treatment. It offers the important basis for heat resource analysis, underground mine airflow temperature forecast and cooling measures establishment. It is also one basic parameters of mine heat disaster grade division. Fully mechanized working face is the core part of mine production, it undertakes most task of mine production, and is of great significance in face thermal environment study.This paper systematically introduces the basic theory of heat disaster in high temperature mine. Heat disaster condition is described in Chengjiao mine, Zhenglong Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. Shallow holes of rapid temperature measurement methods are used in original rock temperature measurement, mine heat disaster grade division is also made in this paper. It draws a conclusion that the hot water is the main factor causing uneven distribution of temperature in Chengjiao mine. Thermal parameters such as the convective heat transfer coefficient between airflow and roadway are studied in this paper, on this basis, the heat resource quantitative analysis of fully mechanized working face 2501 are further discussed. Variable law of thermal parameters in airflow between orbital roadway 2501 and fully mechanized working face 2501 are studied to find out the primary reason for airflow temperature rising. On the basis of these parameters, mine temperature drop technology can be provided with reliable technique and reasonable economic indices. This has biggish practical meaning for heat disaster treatment. |
