With the continuous extension of the depth of coal mining,the problems of high temperature on mining work surface could not be ignored.In this paper,the research on the heat transfer characteristics between the airflow of mine working face and the heat source was carried out.It is of great significance for the development of the cooling technology of the coal mining face and the effective adjustment of the high temperature environment of the coal mining face.It is also important to the underground working environment in accordance with the safety regulations.Firstly,the theory of airflow heat exchange in high temperature coal mining face and the heat dissipation of high temperature coal mining face are analyzed.The reason why the cooling system determined by the current calculation method of mine airflow heat exchange can not meet the demand of cooling demand in the whole mining face,It is pointed out that under the condition of satisfying the requirements of coal mining technology,the cooling capacity of air flow as refrigerant is limited,and only the ambient temperature of the local area in the working face is not more than 30 ?.Therefore,the temperature variation between the flow distance and the flow distance of the inlet face is studied deeply.Secondly,through the theoretical analysis,the mathematical relationship between the flow distance and the airflow temperature is established,The variation law of the airflow temperature,the heat transfer between the air flow and the flow distance of the air flow relative to the inlet of the mining face is analyzed.It is concluded that both the air flow temperature and the heat transfer of the air flow increase with the increase of the flow distance from the inlet of the working face,and the increase of the wind flow along the longitudinal face of the coal mining face,the increase of the air flow temperature and the air flow heat transfer Gradually reduce the wind flow when the heat tends to be very weak state,the romantic temperature and air flow heat are infinitely close to a certain value.In addition,by analyzing the law of airflow heat exchange in the working face,the theoretical system of the three regions of the working flow is established.which is divided into the area of severe heat transfer,the slow heat transfer area and the airflow heat transfer failure area,And then the method of calculating the heat dissipation of the three regions of the airflow and heat transfer in the working face is proposed.Finally,the model of airflow heat exchange in the working face of high temperature coal mine is established,and the numerical simulation is carried out to further analyze the variation law of the airflow temperature in the working face.The airflow heat exchange characteristics of the working face are obtained.
