With the growing tension of land use, industrial building and apartment blocks have to built in coalmine subsided area in some areas.In the effect of building load,the impaired lock mass may produce major remove and transformation again, even cause unstability and damaged,thus affecting the stability of subsidence areas and the normal use of bulidings.Therefore,The paper carrying out analysis and research of the stability of the building foundation of the subsidence areas has an essential consequence to improve the land development utilization of subsidence areas and environment management of the mining area and construction of major infrastructure projects of mine lot.The paper uses geological and mining conditions of choic subsided areas the company of Jinggezhuang mine in Kailuan group as an example,additional stress and numerical analysis methods are used, such as. Firstly, the paper explores influences of stability the building foundation on subsided area ,there are coal seam lithology, thick coal seam mining and depth, mining tools thickness, mining method and the roof management methods, size and coal seam mining Angle and repeated mining, surface stable time of coalmine subsided area and so on. It also mainly depends on the size of the building and the relative position of the subsidence.Secondly, based on the main factors,the paper proposes two criteria for the stability of under the loads: One is critical mining depth of subsided foundation stability at least mining depth with maximum height and building load disturbance largest sum,if,foundation is unstability ;if the actual mining depth is more than the mining critical depth, it will need a second criteria, namely calculate redeformation of the foundation of subsidence area after loaded,It is able to judge subsided foundation stability by satisfing only simultaneously two standard. Thirdly,based on the probability integral method,it erivate of the expected formula foundation redeformation.According to affecting factors of foundation the geological and mining conditions,using the regression analysis method, the paper sure subsided area of foundation redeformation calculation of sinking parameter under building loads.Finally,combined with the results of numerical simulation, the paper evaluats the stability of foundation subsidence areas of Jinggezhang mine by analyzing different load size and loading positions .As a result, this research provides technical support and referenced examples for other stability of subsidence areas.
