Hydrogen sulphide is a kind of toxic, inflammable and explosive gas and it is harmful to atmosphere and the human's health. Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of modern industry, more and more fossil fuel burning makes the number of factories exhaust emissions of H2S increase year by year.So recently, reducing the H2S content of exhaust gas is a main problem that people pay more attention to.Dynamic and static experimental apparatus are adopted to investigate experimental effect using oxidant which we choose to remove H2S in this thesis. In static experiment, the experimental parameters we test are absorption rate, absorption amount to H2S, source gas concentration,absorption efficiency and absorbing liquid concentration. In dynamic experiment, the experimental parameters we test are absorbing liquid concentration, gas liquid ratio and the effect of cycling times to absorption efficiency.In static experiment,We investigate experimental effect of H2S absorption using KMnO4 solution,K2Cr2O7 solution, Fe3+ solution,H2O2,Na2CO3 solution and K2CO3 solut-ion as absorption liquid.The result is that the absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 10 0% by using KMnO4 solution,K2Cr2O7 solution, Na2CO3 solution and K2CO3 solution. Temperature (below 80℃) has not obvious effect on the selected absorption solution of absorption efficiency. In this temperature range of H2S, absorbing liquid absorption efficiency of H2S is not affected by temperature. Temperature increasing is unfavorable to reaction.So the room condition is optimum temperature and this can reduce energy consumption and contributes to industry field.In dnamic experiment, We investigate experimental effect of H2S absorption using KMnO4 solution,K2Cr2O7 solution, Fe3+ solution and K2CO3 solution as absorption liquid. The result is that the absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100% by using KMnO4 solution, K2Cr2O7 solution, Na2CO3 solution and K2CO3 solution. Absorption efficiency of H2S is is increasing with the increase of liquid gas ratio. Absorption efficiency of H2S in a certain amount of absorption solution declines rapidly with cycling times increases.(1) L/V=0.4, [KMnO4]=0.00035mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%. L/V=0..33时, [KMnO4]=0.00077mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%.(2) L/V=0.5, [K2Cr2O7]=0.0025mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%.。L/V=0.25, [K2Cr2O7]=0.008mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%. (3)L/V=0.48,[Fe3+]=0.06mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%.L/V=0.25, [Fe3+]=0.2mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%.(4) L/V=0.67,[K2CO3]=0.008mol/L,absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%. L/V=0.4, [K2CO3]=0.025mol/L, absorption efficiency of H2S can reach 100%.
