With the continuous development of economy,the human demand for resources is increasing,with the continuous oil drilling and oil mining satisfy the human demand for oil,at the same time,with the rapid development of petrochemical industry,the continuous improvement of people's living standards,used to the life of coal,natural gas,coal gas,coke oven gas,use more widely used,the gas is more and more used in petroleum and chemical raw materials,civil and industrial material.The production of these acidic gases is accompanied by a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide,sulfide in the raw gas,corrosion of pipes and metal equipment,if not through purification treatment,direct discharge will cause negative impact on the environment and serious pollution.At the same time,the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement,hydrogen sulfide in the catalytic oxidation desulfurization process,Klaus method is the most common desulphurization process,however,Klaus method let however there are some defects,long processing line and need large equipment area,great investment of desulfurization process,tail gas purification treatment to meet environmental requirements,hydrogen sulfide gas diffusion at the same time,gas flow rate is hard to control.In this regard,the need for a small investment,small corrosion equipment,simple operation,environmental protection and green desulfurization process demand is increasingly strong.Based on the previous experiments of wet oxidation desulfurization,this paper supplements and improves them.The effects of air flow,alkali concentration and catalytic dose on desulfurization efficiency were investigated.With the increase of air traffic carbonation degree decline,carbonization degree is affected by the waste alkali concentration,with the increase of alkaline concentration,the desulphurization rate of optimal value,when the air concentration is different,the desulfurization rate of efficiency is also different,with the increase of gas velocity,oxidation more completely,the air concentration is high,incomplete oxidation sulfur ions,concentration is low,higher levels of sodium thiosulfate.The specific content includes the following two parts:The first part:the three glycol dimethyl ether as solvent,the preparation of simulated gas hydrogen sulfide?H2S 15 vol.%?as gas source,triethanolamine?TEA?as alkali source,oxygen in the air as oxidant,desulfurization simulation experiment,four phthalocyanine cobalt catalyst under the condition of isopropyl oxygen radicals,add triethanolamine,adding alkali,into the air,the oxidation of hydrogen sulphide,desulfurization experiment was carried out at room temperature,with control variable method,test of alkali concentration,respectively,of catalyst for hydrogen sulfide desulfurization effect,and melting point determination was carried out on the desulfurization and determined.Results show that the three glycol dimethyl ether as solvent to 60 ml,preparation of 16 ml/min,the simulation of the gas flow velocity of air flow for the 76 L/h,20 L/h,co2 flow rate at room temperature,selecting the best outside conditions,catalyst concentration,4 mg/L,the quantity of TEA 3 ml,reaction 2 h under the best conditions,the desulfurization rate can reach more than 95%,the product of desulphurization after melting point determination,the light yellow solid material for sulfur,the smaller particles,and the desulfurization solution and solid products were analyzed.Part ii:the simulated gas hydrogen sulfide(H2S 15vol.Reaction with diethylamine as lye,increase the alkalinity of the solution,constantly into the air,hydrogen sulfide oxidation,desulfurization test,reaction time reached 2 hours,desulfurization rate reached 90%.In conclusion,the wet oxidation desulfurization process was further improved and promoted in this paper,and the more active isopropanol phthalocyanine cobalt was selected as the desulfurization catalyst for desulfurization experiment,which improved the desulfurization efficiency.At the same time,the best external conditions are explored.In the application of chemical industry,the cost of desulphurization is reduced,the loss of desulphurization is reduced,the yield of desulphurization is increased,the pollution coefficient caused by desulphurization is reduced as far as possible,and more economic profits are obtained,which has certain practical significance and guiding value.
